What we collect

We collect only what you provide directly through our website forms:

Waitlist and enrollment forms: name, email address, and selected track.
Consulting inquiry form: name, work email address, organization, and engagement type.

We do not handle payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

Waitlist and enrollment data is used to send cohort updates, session reminders, and course communications for your selected track.

Consulting inquiry data is used solely to respond to your request. We do not add consulting inquiries to a mailing list without separate consent.

How we store it

Your information is stored in a secure AWS cloud database in the United States. Email is delivered via Amazon SES from hello@zero2heroai.com.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@zero2heroai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing and cohort-update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@zero2heroai.com.
